Sagewood Childcare is transitioning into a clearly defined Infant Collective—a warm, relationship-based community serving infants and young toddlers 6 weeks through 30 months.
This identity simply names the work we are already doing:
- small ratios
- responsive caregiving
- predictable, calm environments
- strong relationships with families
Nothing changes for current families; this language helps new families understand the beauty and intention behind the way we care for children.
Our Enrollment Process
We try to keep things warm, personal, and efficient. Here’s what to expect:
1. Submit an Inquiry
Click the button below to share your child’s age, preferred schedule, and desired start date. This helps us check availability.
2. Schedule a Tour
If we have space that fits your needs—or anticipate upcoming availability—we'll invite you for an in-person or virtual tour of our Elm Street location inside the FUUSE building.
3. Enrollment Invitation
If it’s a mutual fit, we will send you an enrollment invitation through Brightwheel, where you’ll complete your digital forms.
4. Registration & Start Date
Once your paperwork and registration fee are received, we will confirm your child’s start date and help you prepare for a smooth transition.

Tuition and Enrollment
At Sagewood Childcare, we are proud to be the first in the area to offer true schedule flexibility. YOU choose the days that work best for YOUR family. Our relationship-based infant program provides consistent, high-quality care, no matter how many days you attend. Please note tuition includes two healthy snacks daily, unlimited water supply, cotton crib & cot sheets and all program materials.
Weekly Tuition Options
- 5 days: $500
- 4 days: $450
- 3 days: $360
- 2 days: $260
- 1 day: $140
Additional Details
- Tuition is billed on the last day of each month for the upcoming month.
- Parents/guardians are responsible for any processing fees added to online payments. These fees are not included in tuition totals.
- Enrollment Fee: $249 per child, billed annually
- Sibling Discount: 10% off weekly Tuition for additional children
- Operating Hours: Monday-Friday 7:00am-5:00pm
- Early Drop-off: 6:30am arrival available at $10/day
- Attendance: The days you select will remain your set schedule, unless changes are requested at least 30 days in advance
- Flexibility: Additional days may be added if available
- Capacity: Limited to 20 children total, keeping our community small and personal
- Absences & Closures: Tuition is charged regardless of attendance. This includes days missed due to illness, family vacations, inclement weather or days when Sagewood is closed
Parent Portal
All enrolled families use Brightwheel, our secure childcare software that keeps communication simple and transparent.
Through Brightwheel, families can:
- Message our team directly
- Receive real-time updates, photos, and daily notes
- Check children in and out with a secure digital PIN
- View billing statements and process tuition payments
- Complete enrollment documents electronically
