Our Enrollment Process
We aim to keep our enrollment process warm, personal, and straightforward. Here is what to expect.
1. Submit an Inquiry
Use the inquiry form below to share your child’s age, preferred schedule, and desired start date. This allows us to review availability and determine next steps.
2. Schedule a Tour
If we have space that fits your needs, or anticipate upcoming availability, we will invite you to schedule an in person or virtual tour of our Epping Road location inside the United Methodist building.
3. Enrollment Invitation
If it feels like a mutual fit, we will send an enrollment invitation through Brightwheel where you will complete all required digital forms.
4. Registration and Start Date
Once enrollment paperwork and the registration fee are received, we will confirm your child’s start date and help prepare your family for a smooth transition into the Schoolhouse.

Tuition and Enrollment
At Sagewood Schoolhouse, we offer clear and consistent preschool and childcare schedules designed to support routine, stability, and meaningful learning. Families choose a set program option that remains consistent each week.
Our Schoolhouse programs are intentionally structured and do not offer daily schedule flexibility. This allows children to settle into predictable rhythms and build strong relationships within their classroom community.
Programs are grouped by developmental stage and age, with options designed to meet the needs of each group.
Songbirds
Ages 2.5 to 3.5 years
Songbirds are offered in morning and full day options to support early preschool readiness while honoring the needs of younger learners.
Morning Program
8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
Three day option: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
Five day option: Monday through Friday
Daily rate: $65
Full Day Program
8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Three day option: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
Five day option: Monday through Friday
Daily rate: $110
Skylarks
Ages 3.5 to 5 years
Skylarks are offered in morning, afternoon, and full day options to support growing independence and a longer learning day.

All enrolled families use Brightwheel, our secure childcare software that keeps communication simple and transparent.
Through Brightwheel, families can:
- Message our team directly
- Receive real-time updates, photos, and daily notes
- Check children in and out with a secure digital PIN
- View billing statements and process tuition payments
- Complete enrollment documents electronically
